There are times in life when you know that you may need that extra push to move forward. Perhaps you have received counselling in the past (or not) and feel that now is the time approach things differently.

I’m a Certified Professional Coach that has trained at the College of Executive Coaching. While much of my training related to professionals in business, I have learned the skills to help people move forward in their lives using coaching tools.
I love working as a coach because I get to see people set great life goals and actually achieve them.
While I’m trained as a counsellor when I work with clients in a coaching capacity I focus on “now” and “the future” mostly. It’s about moving through and moving forward.
